Shebag Workshop is currently producing a new batch of Lady Dior bags. This is Dior’s most iconic handbag, and we are mainly making two sizes: the 17cm Mini and the 20cm Small.

In fact, we are already very familiar with the production of Lady Dior bags. The most challenging part is actually the color. Lady Dior comes in too many colors. Fortunately, the classic ones we focus on are just a few — mainly black, white, and pink. Other colors are in lower demand, which is a relief for us.

As for materials, lambskin must of course be sourced from the highest-grade European leather. The hardware uses high-strength solid steel components. These go without saying — when it comes to leather and metal parts, we always use top-tier materials, matching the quality of authentic bags. In fact, the leather quality may even surpass that of the originals.
