Today, I visited the leather section of Shebag’s factory warehouse to showcase our stock and quality of Hermes Togo leather.

Hermes bags have stringent leather requirements. The leather from the cow’s back and neck areas often has numerous wrinkles, and we cut and discard all of these wrinkled sections. This approach makes Shebag’s leather cutting process relatively costly. In Chinese leather factories, discarding large areas of wrinkled leather is often considered wasteful!
