This summer, Shebag has been busy—busy expanding our product range. Of course, we haven’t forgotten our core expertise, which remains as strong and resilient as ever. Since we operate our own factory, the entire workflow—from purchasing authentic bags, disassembling them, recording data, making prototypes, verifying the supply chain, to photographing and uploading images—has become highly professional and standardized. To the point that we didn’t even realize our craftsmanship in bag-making is the strongest in the industry.

In 2025, we acquired a large number of authentic bags and once again updated our production data to match the Spring/Summer 2025 season. We typically update 1–2 times a year because the styles and construction of authentic bags sometimes change. For instance, LV bags often tweak some details, and Chanel does as well. Overall, classic bags change less frequently, while non-classic styles see more modifications. But classic styles sell in higher volumes, so even minor changes must be aligned exactly with the authentic versions.

As for non-classic styles, it’s even more important to purchase authentic bags, since there are too many changes to track otherwise.
